Return and Refund Policy

At Penarta, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. As many of our items are custom-made or made to order, we encourage you to read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases, especially for:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Digital downloads or design files 

Please double-check product descriptions, dimensions, and customisation details before confirming your order.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item:
