Domestic (Australia)
Standard Shipping – $11.95 (3–8 business days)
Express Shipping – $16.95 (2–4 business days)
Free Shipping – for all orders over $100
All parcels include tracking so you can follow your order.
International
We love sharing our creations worldwide!
New Zealand & Asia-Pacific – from $19.95 (7–15 business days)
US & Canada – from $29.95 (10–20 business days)
Europe & UK – from $34.95 (10–25 business days)

💡 Customs duties or taxes may apply in your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Processing
Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
💳 Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your Penarta piece. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
Change of Mind
As many of our items are custom-made or personalised, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
For ready-made items, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. (Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
